According to a Reuters Health article citing a study involving 4,680 adults aged 40 to 59 from the UK, US, China and Japan, published in the Archives of Internal Medicine, those who ate more vegetable protein -- from grains, vegetables, beans and fruit - tended to have lower blood pressure.
